Vegan Fritters Made from Carrot, Red Onion and Caramelised Beetroot.
Caramelised Beetroot (33%) (Beetroot, Soft Brown Sugar), Carrot (33%), Red Onion (33%), Potato Flake, Rapeseed Oil, Chickpea Flour, Garlic Purée, Stabiliser: Methyl Cellulose, Salt, Paprika, Black Pepper
Cooking instructions given are for 2 fritters. For best results always cooked from frozen. All cooking appliances vary; timings are to be used as a guideline only, please adjust times accordingly. Ensure food is piping hot and cooked through prior to serving. Remove outer packaging. Oven cook for best results.
Preheat 1 teaspoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan over a low heat. Add fritters and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning frequently.
Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas mark 6. Place fritters onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
