The majority of our products are vegan friendly - in fact there are only three products that aren’t - our Cheese and Leek Plaits and Mozzarella Burgers all contain dairy. You can find our full list of vegan products here.
We only use palm oil in our pastry products and all of the palm oil we use is certified as sustainable by the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil.
We only use palm oil in our pastry products, but we recently removed the palm oil from our standard sausages so some packs may still be on the shelves which contain this ingredient - we recommend checking the ingredients listed on pack to be sure.

We’re unable to state "Gluten Free" on the packaging of any of our products as we do use ingredients which contain gluten in some products. However, some of our products are made with recipes which do not include any of these ingredients. Rest assured that we take every reasonable precaution to limit the risk of cross-contamination.

All of our frozen products should be kept frozen at all times and then cooked from frozen.
We recommend storing in an airtight container in the fridge for no more than 24 hours

None of our products contain Genetically Modified (GM) ingredients. You may be interested to know that it is not permitted for GM ingredients to be used in foods intended for human consumption in the UK, unless the food is labelled as containing a Genetically Modified ingredient.
