Patsy’s Vegan Tartare Sauce



Delicious vegan alternative to a classic accompaniment. It’s perfect with our Vegetarian Fish Goujons, chips and mushy peas for a Friday night treat!


Vegan Mayonnaise 50g
Capers 2 tsp chopped
Gherkins 15g (3 cronichons or half of 1 gherkin)
Fresh Dill chopped finely 2 tsp
Fresh Parsley chopped finely 2 tsp
Fresh Unwaxed Lemon 1tsp of juice
Garlic ¼ of a clove or a pea size amount of garlic puree
Salt & Pepper to taste


  1. Pick the parsley leaves, then finely chop along with the capers, gherkins & dill and transfer to a bowl. Stir through the vegan mayonnaise, garlic and lemon juice, then mix well and season to taste.
