Based on customer feedback we’ve made our country pies even more delicious with a new improved recipe. Made with the new Linda McCartney Mince, reduced garlic and light flaky pastry they’re a filling winter warmer. Try them and tell us what you think.
Our tasty, new Vegetarian Mince launches in Sainsbury’s this month and other stores soon. Made from succulent soya mince it’s a healthy alternative - fat-free, high in protein and rich in fibre.
Linda enabled people to have confidence, enthusiasm and know-how to prepare home-cooked meat-free meals for all the family. She believed in encouraging people to be creative cooks, supporting and equipping them in their quest to eat less meat whilst still being able to enjoy delicious and wholesome meals.
The new Vegetarian Mince continues Linda’s mission, in promoting a meat-free lifestyle and sets a new ethical standard for the brand being packed in a fully biodegradable bag.
“Linda inspired countless people around the world to go meat-free. Linda was so passionate about demonstrating how delicious vegetarian food could be. She was a great believer that there is just as much taste and flavour in a meal that’s meat free.” The McCartney Family. This new product is a welcome addition to our range of delicious meat-free dishes, and is just the beginning of a line of exciting new ingredients coming soon.

Visit the James Hyman Gallery in Mayfair
to see “Linda McCartney Photographs”,
the very first major exhibition of Linda’s
photographs presented in the UK.
Photographed from the 1960s up until the late 1990s, these pictures present a
personal record of the times and feature many rarely seen works, as well as better
known images.
The exhibition includes portraits of Jim Morrison, Janis Joplin, Paul McCartney,
John Lennon, Paul Simon & Art Garfunkel, Gilbert & George and Mick Jagger.
It also presents landscapes, intimate interiors, self-portraits and family life.
Paul McCartney says: “An exhibition presenting the range of Linda’s
photographic work is long overdue, so I’m obviously pleased that this show
is happening. James Hyman, my daughter Mary, and I have worked on it now for
three years, and the result is a sensitive selection of works that really demonstrates
Linda’s creative output as a photographer. The photographs not only illustrate
her incredible talent as an artist, but as someone who was very much connected
to the culture of the times, and wasn’t afraid to challenge herself, or
her subject.”

Paul & Mary
visit the Fakenham factory
Paul and Mary recently
made a return visit to the Linda
McCartney factory in Fakenham. “It’s
great to be back” said Paul.
Their last visit had been with
Linda years earlier and the return
brought back many happy memories.
Donned in Health & Safety gear, Paul and Mary enjoyed wandering
around the facility chatting to workers on the assembly line.
They were amazed to see all of the changes and how the operation
works on a day to day basis.
With much amusement they joined in the assembly line and placed
sheets of free-range egg pasta on top of the lasagne. “It
was certainly harder than I thought . . . but I managed it” Paul
said, managing not to drop any pasta. “However, later
they told me that they’d put the line on half speed especially
for us!”
Not only did Paul and Mary participate on the factory floor
they also discussed exciting new plans for the future of the
brand.
“We had a great day, thanks to everyone!”

You can’t beat the homemade taste of our new Sausage Rolls
Linda McCartney Sausage Rolls are the latest
addition to our range of delicious, wholesome foods. They
are the perfect hearty seasonal meal or snack – a tasty
and warming treat to help you through the coldest days.
These flavourful Sausage Rolls have been made to a carefully developed recipe
that ensures a truly satisfying and home-cooked taste: A Cumberland-style vegetarian
sausage, flavoured with onions and a pinch of seasoning is wrapped in light,
crumbling, flaky pastry.
This hearty classic is best served piping hot from the oven – either alone
or accompanied by some homemade chutney. Alternatively, they work just as well
as a light meal - perhaps with lightly seasoned potato wedges and a side of fresh
butter beans for a really comforting dinner to share with friends and family.
Our vegetarian Sausage Rolls are a convenient solution, a handy standby for any
kitchen and a perfect addition to the party buffet. They are quick to bake and
simple to serve but offer all the flavour and taste of an irresistible home-baked
classic dish.
We pride ourselves on using the best wholesome and natural ingredients in each
of our products. Our latest recipes reflect Linda’s original product and
keep true to the spirit and ethos that she instilled into the range.
