Spiced vegcakes made with red and green lentils, peas, butternut squash and chickpeas, covered in a seeded coating.

Try serving with a red onion and cucumber salad with light yogurt dressing.

Cooking Instructions

Oven Cook

Preheat your oven to 180ºC / Gas Mark 6. Place vegcakes onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 18-20 minutes.
